( ii ) premium quality acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additive, high sheen to the pvc water tanks bases / supports, open platforms, kerb stones, basketball court base pillars, solar panel pedestals, etc., common area of the entire colony. 13 6 13 carefully dismantling the existing damaged plaster in patches, providing and applying waterproofing cement plaster 15 20mm thick ( avg. ) in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1cement :4 coarse sand mixed with liquid waterprrofing compound and bonding agent ) in plain finish matching with the existing at all heights and levels including h per site conditions. the rate shall also include the cost of providing water proofing compound as per manufacturers specifications, disposal of debris, etc. complete. 14 7 14 carefully carrying out necessary repairs to the rcc members / surfaces at all heights and levels wherever required as per following procedure: ( iii ) providing & welding additional tor steel reinforcement . ( iv ) providing and applying a coat of nito zinc primer, a product of m / s fosrock or any other approved equivalent to the exposed reinforcement bars. ( iv ) providing & applying a bonding coat to be repaired. ( v ) providing & applying polymer modified cement mortar 1:3 polymer modified concrete in required layers to achieve the required thickness as per site conditions mixed with nitobond sbr latex of m / s fosrock steel double scaffolding for carrying out the work at all heights & level, curing, cleaning, removing the bank?s engineer....
